Initial Cleaning Dilution

Pre-wet the surface with water. Apply the properly diluted solution and allow it to dwell before surface cleaning.
Use a stronger recommended dilution on heavily soiled areas and a weaker dilution on lighter contamination.
Always surface clean after application.
Maintenance Cleaning Dilution
10:1 to 20:1 – Water to F9 Groundskeeper
For previously treated or regularly maintained surfaces, dilute according to the level of contamination.
Pre-wet the surface, apply the solution, allow appropriate dwell time and surface clean.
Direct Application Instructions
F9 Groundskeeper can be applied using a:

Dilute according to the recommended ratio.
Always add F9 Groundskeeper to water—never add water into concentrated product.
Allow approximately 2–10 minutes of dwell time before surface cleaning. Agitation or brushing may help on stubborn contamination.
Do not allow the chemical to dry on the surface.
Downstreaming F9 Groundskeeper
F9 Groundskeeper can also be applied through a compatible downstream chemical injector.
When downstreaming, calculate your injector draw rate carefully so the final solution reaching the surface falls within the recommended 10:1 to 20:1 dilution range.

Important Pre-Cleaning Information
F9 Groundskeeper is a maintenance cleaner and surface brightener, not primarily a heavy oil degreaser.
