EB Waxing Supply is a approved Mytee Service Center, we first ask that you fill out a service request form which can be found HERE, customer will be required to pay shipping costs to our facility where we will evaluate and diagnose if your machine qualifies for warranty replacement under Mytee's Warranty Terms & Guidelines
